Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SourceFlow mobile application, website, wallet, product-sourcing, payment, shipping, and support services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate account and delivery information, keeping your credentials secure, and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
2. What SourceFlow provides
SourceFlow helps customers source products from third-party marketplaces, including 1688 and Taobao, arrange cross-border purchasing and shipping, and pay through a multi-currency wallet. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SourceFlow is not the original manufacturer of marketplace products.
3. Product information and availability
Product descriptions, images, variants, supplier availability, and marketplace prices originate from third-party suppliers and may change. We work to present accurate translated information, but minor translation, colour, measurement, packaging, or image differences may occur. An order is not guaranteed until it is accepted and confirmed.
4. Prices, exchange rates, and fees
Displayed prices may include exchange-rate conversion, SourceFlow's disclosed markup or service margin, payment charges, and other applicable fees. Exchange rates and supplier prices can change before checkout. The final amount presented for confirmation is the amount charged for that transaction. Shipping, customs, clearance, and local-delivery charges may be calculated separately where they cannot be known at initial checkout.
5. Wallet and payments
- Wallet top-ups are processed by Flutterwave or another payment provider shown at checkout.
- Wallet funds may be used only for eligible SourceFlow purchases and charges.
- You must not initiate fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or transactions using payment instruments you are not authorised to use.
- We may hold a transaction for manual review where payment details, amount, currency, ownership, or fraud signals do not match.
- Wallet balances are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.
6. Orders, sourcing, and shipping
After checkout, SourceFlow may purchase from the supplier on your behalf and coordinate warehouse handling and international delivery. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may result from suppliers, carriers, customs, inspections, weather, strikes, public authorities, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Customs and restricted goods
You are responsible for ensuring ordered items are lawful in the destination country. We may reject or cancel orders involving prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, controlled, or restricted goods. Customs duties, taxes, permits, and inspection costs may be payable by you unless the checkout or order confirmation expressly states otherwise.
8. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on whether a supplier purchase has occurred, the supplier's terms, the item's condition, shipping progress, and applicable law. Approved refunds may be returned to your SourceFlow wallet or the original payment method, as appropriate. Payment-provider and currency-conversion fees may be non-refundable where they have already been incurred.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, probe or attack its systems, automate abusive catalog or AI requests, manipulate prices or payment references, interfere with other users, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the Service for fraud or money laundering. We may restrict or suspend accounts reasonably believed to present security, legal, or financial risk.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties for marketplace data, payments, hosting, communications, translation, images, authentication, and delivery. Their own terms may apply. We are not responsible for an external service's independent acts, outages, or policies, but we will provide reasonable assistance with issues affecting your SourceFlow order.
11. Service availability
We may update, maintain, restrict, or discontinue parts of the Service where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We will use reasonable care to protect wallet and order records during maintenance or incidents.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SourceFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, supplier-side differences reasonably disclosed as marketplace risk, or delays outside our reasonable control. Any aggregate liability relating to a transaction is limited to the amount you paid to SourceFlow for that transaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. You agree to receive essential account, security, payment, order, and delivery communications. Marketing communications, if offered, can be opted out of separately.
14. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. You may stop using SourceFlow and request account deletion. Provisions concerning completed transactions, payment records, disputes, liability, and legal compliance survive account closure.
15. Contact
Questions, complaints, or disputes should be sent to [email protected]. Include your account email and relevant order reference, but never send card details or passwords.
